Bills are sent out the first day of the month. Payment is due on the 20th. After the 20th, a $5.00 late fee is added. Turn off date is the last day of the month.

Polycart info:

Please have poly cart out and ready to be picked up by 6:00 am on Wednesday.

After the poly cart is emptied, please secure it on your premises. Residents are responsible for poly cart if lost or stolen.

If you move, please notify Town Hall.

If you are unsure of the proper location for poly cart placement or questions concerning trash pick up, please call Greentree Solid Waste Authority at 575 378-4697.

The Town of Carrizozo partnered with Nexbillpay to take utilities payments online. Please note: this service is only for paying water, sewer and trash payments. You will need your account number and sign up through Nexbill pay here.

You will be asked to create an account. If you need assistance, do not call Town Hall. Call Nexbillpay at (888) 401-0615 for help setting up your account.

Town Hall will not have access to any credit card or personal information. Town Hall does have account number info if needed, but the number is also included on the bill itself.

PLEASE NOTE: A $2.95 fee to Nexbillpay will be applied to each online payment.
